If pathology results were included in the referral PDF, they are extracted and pre-populated automatically. If results arrive as a separate document, upload them via the Pathology tab and AI will extract the test names, values, units and reference ranges, flagging High, Low and Critical results.

Record the consultation using your device microphone. Works on iPad and desktop, including when switching between apps mid-recording. A live transcript is generated in real time for your review.

Work through the structured HMR domains: medication history, adherence, side effects, therapeutic goals, OTC and complementary medicines, and lifestyle factors. All 6 must be completed before report generation unlocks.

Capture weight, height, smoking status, alcohol intake, sleep quality, blood pressure monitoring, glucose monitoring and exercise habits. This section is required before report generation unlocks and flows automatically into the AI draft and the PDF report.

End the consultation. Stop recording first, then stop the visit. Report generation unlocks once all steps are complete.

Every section of the report is fully editable. Pathology flags appear colour coded. Follow-up recommendations are toggled with a single click.

Draw your signature on the report. The report cannot be marked as ready without it. Your APC accreditation number is printed automatically from your Settings.

Finalise the report. Status changes to Ready and a PDF preview is available for your review before sending.
